BHLDN Winter Wedding Essentials
Earlier this week, I shared some favorite tips for making your winter wedding portraits as easy (and warm) as possible. I hope you found these helpful! In the spirit of all the beauty of winter, I wanted to share some winter wedding fashion inspiration from one of my favorite bridal stores, BHLDN.
BHLDN has the most adorable dresses and accessories for those with a love for romance and whimsy. Here are a few of my favorite items from their collection that would be picture perfect for any winter wedding.
Winter Bridesmaid Dresses
Like I mentioned in this blog post, long dresses will be your bridesmaids' best friend. My trick: If it's extra cold for your outdoor portraits, your girls can put on a pair of leggings or tights under their dresses as an additional layer of warmth. Here are my 3 favorite long bridesmaid dresses from BHLDN.
I love the Fleur Dress, especially in the Black Cherry color. The rich color would pop beautifully amongst a snowy city and would be incredibly romantic. And don't get me started with those sheer lace straps. In love!
This Alana Dress is simple and elegant with it's maxi length and high neckline. I personally love it in Midnight Blue.
I'm in love with all of the tulle that comes with the Colombe dress. The Dove grey color is a perfect neutral hue.
Winter gives you and your bridesmaids the opportunity for some fun, seasonal accessories. After all, what other time of year can you get away with wearing a fur stole? Here are my favorite cover-up choices for you and your bridesmaids.
Truth time: I want to buy this Cinzia Jacket just for my personal wardrobe. I love the gold beading and sparkle of this jacket. It would be a perfect accessory for your bridesmaids or even your own bridal look.
In my opinion, every winter bride should have a fur accessory to keep her warm and stylish on the wedding day. This Estelle Cropped Jacket would certainly do the trick!
I am all about this wrap! I could especially see this working well with a beautiful rustic wedding in the snow. The Angelina Wrap looks cozy and cute for any cardigan loving bride.
Winter Wedding Dress
Well, I had to browse through BHLDN's latest wedding gown collection. Here are my two favorite that I think would be perfect for a winter wedding.
I am in love! If I were ever to get married in the winter, sleeves would be a must. BHLDN's Grace Gown is the perfect blend between whimsical and romantic, with silky long sleeves to keep you warm throughout your soiree.
While it may not have sleeves, this look would be stunning with an elegant fur stole. The sparkle and ivory seems like a perfect choice for a romantic winter wedding.
