Shortly after the first snow of the season, Stephanie and Jerry toughed out the Chicago wind and cold for their autumn engagement photos. While most of the snow had melted, we still found a little bit of snow and ice leftover from a day or two earlier. Luckily, it was mostly gone and we were able to take in the little bit of fall that Chicago had left to offer. Starting in Lincoln Park, we walked around capturing the beautiful city skyline in the backdrop as well as all of the beautiful nature in this area. The golden tones in the grasses combined with the sun drenched lighting was absolutely perfect. From there, we headed to the Chicago River Walk and revisited the exact location where Jerry proposed to Stephanie. It was really sweet to hear the story and see where it all went down not too long ago. We ended by one of my favorite spots, over by the Wrigley Building. The views along the river here are just gorgeous, and even better when the city lights twinkle in the background. Thank you Stephanie and Jerry for a great shoot! I look forward to working with you again for your August 2014 wedding!
