Morton Arboretum Engagement PhotosKait + Tim
Tim and Kait met in French Class at Augustana. While practicing their "merci's" and "beaucoup's", the couple fell in love! The two will be getting married this Labor Day weekend up in Wisconsin's Northwoods region. In keeping with their outdoorsy and nature-inspired wedding day theme, Kait and Tim wanted to use the Morton Arboretum as the backdrop for their engagement portraits. I am always in awe of the Morton Aboretum's beauty. It's always a treat to photograph a session or wedding day there. Kait and Tim's engagement session took place on the most beautiful evening. The sunlight was pouring into the open fields. The golden glow made Tim and Kait radiate in their photos. Photographing with lighting as beautiful as this always makes me so happy! It doesn't get much better.
When Kait and I first met, we immediately decided that we were life twins. We both loved photography, we both hailed from the western suburbs, we were in the same sorority, we both had dreams of pursuing careers in marketing and advertising, and to top it off, we both worked as campus photographers for the Augustana Photo Bureau. She's quite a gal, and I'm THRILLED to be working with her.
Kait, Tim and I all worked in the same office during college, and it's been a lot of fun watching their journey from afar. I am super excited for their August wedding day. I know it's going to be a truly beautiful day. Congrats you, two! Can't wait for the wedding!
